Lin Hough...is the President and owner of Hough Builders, Inc. (formerly B & L General   Contractors).  He is a Master Craftsman with 35 years of building experience and also specializes in wiring, plumbing, heating, framing, trimming and all other aspects of home building.  Lin works along with his crew during the entire building process and/or oversees the entire home from start to finish.

Bernie Hough...is a "retired" Master Craftsman who now specializes in custom cabinetry.

Cindy Hough...is the Office Manager for Hough Builders, Inc.

Randy Bennett...is a Master Craftsman and also specializes in electrical wiring.

Brian Bills…is a General Contractor in most all aspects of home construction.

John Empson...is a Master Craftsman and also specializes in finish carpentry.

Mike Empson...is a Master Craftsman in most all aspects of home construction.

Joe Heisel……..is a Heavy Equipment Operator..

 Jeff Konopski…..is a Master Craftsman in most all aspects of home construction and a Heavy Equipment Operator.
